“I first went to the Starlight centre when a friend told me about the Chinese medicine consultations. This is where I met Dr Mark. Through the consultation I started to attend his Tai Chi classes which were absolutely excellent and I am missing very much. I have also attended a few of the sound meditation evenings, and one with Master Mei herself. These are so relaxing, healing and enjoyable. I have also attended an online evening as well as the Sunday open house days with meditation and chat. I absolutely love going to the centre as the energy is very captivating and peaceful.
